Initial Health Check
£40 for 1 hour (fully redeemable against your first package if commissioned within 30 days)

After your initial enquiry, we'll have a consultation (“Health Check”) for 1 hour. This is for me to see first-hand the scale of clutter or dis-organisation you’re enduring to give a better gauge on how long your project might take. I'll help determine what should be tackled in which order (eg if multiple areas require attention) and help you to focus on what your key priorities are.

I will inevitably come up with a number of practical suggestions within the first hour of meeting you and your space. You may find that’s all you needed to give you the inspiration and motivation to go away and tackle the problem areas by yourself or to engage a tradesperson to effect some design ideas. That’s great news if so, and I’ll be delighted to have helped lift the fog from your thinking. There is no obligation to purchase a "Personal Training" package following the Health Check.

However, should you decide to buy a "Personal Training" package (details below) you'll receive a full refund on the Health Check fee against your package price. You would need to pay a deposit within 30 days of our Heath Check.

NB: This Health Check could be conducted over Skype or FaceTime if you are able to clearly (and safely!) show your home whilst walking around with a portable device!
Personal Training Packages
Based on my initial assessment of how long we agree would be needed to tackle the priority problem(s) you can then choose from the following OFF PEAK or PEAK packages.

OFF PEAK: Monday – Friday Daytime.
If you have flexibility on a weekday morning or afternoon to meet up and get a challenging goal reached, then you can take advantage of the lower prices available with the OFF PEAK options.

PEAK: Evenings (starting from 5pm) or Weekends
You’re a busy person working the traditional 9 – 5 (and then some) and you want to save your precious holiday allocation for sunnier shores. If you need the relay baton to circulate between work, social and organising your space, then the PEAK options are tailored to suit you perfectly. Evening sessions can start anytime from 5pm making it an ideal solution after a working-from-home day.




Sprint Sprint

A 3-hour session
For a short sharp burst of activity to tackle a small project or area. You’d need to be focussed on change and ready to let certain things go for this to be manageable in this timeframe.

Off Peak – £140 | Peak – £160




Marathon Marathon

A 6 hour session (allowing upto one hour lunch break)
A longer run, requiring more energy and determination to reach the finish line and see notable results in one-day.

Off Peak – £240 | Peak – £260




Relay 12/24 hour Relay Races:

These packages are for the bigger projects in your life where a regular partnership will help you reach your goals. There are likely to be tasks for you to accomplish between our sessions to maximise our time together. NB: Visits can be arranged for 3-8 hour installments until all the package hours are exhausted. It doesn’t have to be the same day each week and we can meet more than once a week or weekend.

12 hours:
Off Peak – £500 | Peak – £620

24 hours:
Off Peak – £800 | Peak – £1040

Other Expenses to Consider
Any items (storage solutions, stationery etc) purchased on your behalf will be invoiced at the buying cost (with shop receipts) but these and your budget will be discussed in advance.

Tradespeople and materials; subject to your particular project there could be recommendations for bespoke carpentry storage units, general DIY, painting and decorating etc. Wherever possible, I will recommend a tried and tested tradesperson for your job.

There is a daily travel charge for locations that would take over 1hr (using public transport; based on the CityMapper app’s estimates) or 10 miles (if driving) from SE16. Any journeys that exceed these guidelines will be charged at £10/hr for any additional time in transit from 1hr / 10 miles to reach you. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile beyond the 10 miles radius from SE16. I am happy to discuss projects outside of London along with any applicable accommodation costs.

You will need to purchase (or otherwise provide) relevant visitor parking permits for SortMySpace Ltd and any tradespeople brought in to complete the project.

Congestion charges (if applicable) will be added to your invoice.

Public transport costs or parking fees (including when sourcing storage solutions on your behalf) will be added to your invoice but discussed in advance.

£25/hr for any offsite work such as project research, purchasing client storage solutions, event planning etc.
£15/day: Transport of unwanted goods to Charity Shop or recycling facilities.

Skip hire if required.
